A newcomer to Corydon's downtown square, opened January 2026 with a focused scratch menu built around Italian fundamentals done right. Hand-rolled meatballs, house-made lasagna, from-scratch alfredo and dressings. Dinner only, with limited weekly hours that reflect a kitchen prioritizing quality over volume. Originally launched as a food truck concept before transitioning to a brick-and-mortar, it fills a genuine gap — Harrison County had no dedicated Italian kitchen before this. Dogs allowed on the premises.
