A Tavola Bar + Trattoria (Madeira)

Founded 2011 in OTR by Jared Wayne, Billy Draznik, and Sam Ginocchio. Brother Nick Wayne joined as co-owner. Built tables from a single log, made their own charcuterie, created root beer in-house. Pizza oven imported from Naples. OTR location closed 2020 after 9-year run; Madeira location (opened 2014) continues strong. Wood-fired Neapolitan pizzas, fresh pasta, housemade everything. Also operates Taglio (OTR & Columbia Tusculum). Madeira location offers Roman-style thin crust option unavailable elsewhere. Mom's tomato sauce recipe at the heart of everything.
