Our Story
Third-generation Williamson family operation since 1968. Joseph H. Williamson Jr. and wife Frances started it as a struggling Cassano's franchise—Victor Cassano Sr. offered them the Piqua location and they bought it with a loan from Frances's mother. 'Beppo' is an Italian nickname for Joseph, 'Uno' means number one—Joseph One. The family evolved it from a small self-service pizza shop into a full-service Italian restaurant under the 3 Joe's brand. Now run by Gerard, Darla, and Joseph Williamson. Mediterranean-inspired menu with signature sourdough-crust pizzas, famous subs, pasta, and an extensive wine list. Over 50 years serving Piqua.
